Team Swift deals with an array of different clients, all with different needs, but this has to be one of our favourites. We love helping busy families and mums juggling small children, you are truly unsung heroes! So when this dad bought a new home, we just had to help.

When the sell my house decision was made, luckily clever mum chose the right sales agent, who works his magic day in and day out. This home was well loved and just needed a facelift.

Team Swift set to work with an internal and external clean to bring the home back to a neat state. There were minor painting touch-ups needed, the gardens had a tidy-up and some lawn replaced. A buyer doesn’t want to see a patch of dead lawn when they first walk in the gate, it is all about street appeal.

When selling a house, Team Swift is about minor improvements to prepare the home, so we let the builder do what they do best. The kitchen received new cupboard doors, holes in the walls were patched and painted, new doors were ordered for the storage shelves in the garage and broken fixtures were replaced.

Once all this was done, the stylist added to the existing furniture, ensuring home staging was spot on for open homes. Check out the creativity in the office, which was transformed into a jam room during the house staging. How cool is that?

As you can see, it takes a team to prepare a home and most importantly the right team players to get it sold at the first open house! Look at it as an investment to get your time back and focus on what is important – family and your next adventure.
